Acceptance of Terms
These terms and conditions of service (the "Terms") are a legal and binding agreement between you and Our Little Earth governing your use of the content of the web site at www.ourLittleEarth.com (the "Site") and the electronic newspaper you receive via email from Our Little Earth (the "Newspaper"). Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Our Little Earth and all affiliated parties from and against all losses or expenses resulting from the use of the Product.
User Conduct
All users shall use the Product for lawful purposes only. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage the Site is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Our Little Earth reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Our Little Earth reserves the right to stop sending the Free Mini-Newspaper or limiting the number of Free Mini-Newspaper editions an individual email address receives, at any time.

Our Little Earth reserves the right to change the Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued access or use of the Product after such changes indicates your acceptance of the Terms as modified. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly.
