Paid Subscription
  1. I just subscribed today, when will I receive my first edition?
    If you've paid by a credit card or Paypal account, you’ll start getting the editions by email within two weeks of your subscription date. If you've paid by a check,  you’ll start getting the editions by email within two weeks of when we receive the check..
  2. How often do I get Our Little Earth’s editions?
    Our Little Earth’s editions go out once every two weeks. They are delivered on alternate Fridays.
  3. How do I receive Our Little Earth’s editions?
    Our Little Earth’s editions are emailed to the email address(es) that you’ve provided.
  4. I signed up for Our Little Earth, I haven’t received any editions and it has been more than two weeks. What could the problem be?
    The most common problem is that the edition is going into your spam folder. Can you please make sure that you’ve added This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it to your address book. If that still doesn’t fix the problem, please contact us.
  5. I am Our Little Earth’s paid subscriber, and want to discontinue, what do I do?
    Please look at our refund policy to see if you can get your money back. Please contact us and let us know that you want to discontinue OR click on the "Unsubscribe" button in Our Little Earth's editions.
  6. How many email addresses can a subscription be emailed to?
    Each of Our Little Earth's subscriptions can be emailed  to just one parent and one child OR just one parent.
  7. How does one pay for a subscription?
    You can pay using a credit card, a Paypal account, or by check. If you've paid by a credit card or Paypal account, your subscription starts immediately. If you've paid by check, you'll subscription will start once we receive the check. For checks, remember to either put your UserID or email address on the check, and please mail the check to Our Little Earth, P.O. Box 2812, Redwood City, CA 94064-2812, U.S.A..
  8. My email address or my child's email address has changed, what do I do?
    Please  contact us, and let us know, and we'll make the changes.
  9. I did not add my child's email address to the subscription, and want to do so now OR I would like to remove my child's email address from the subscription. How do I do this?
    Please  contact us, and let us know, and we'll make the changes.
Paid Gift Subscription
  1. How often do my friend(s) get Our Little Earth’s editions?
    Our Little Earth’s editions go out once every two weeks. They are delivered on alternate Fridays.
  2. I just subscribed today, when will my friend(s) receive their first edition?
    Your friend(s) will start receiving Our Little Earth's editions by email starting the date you specified. 
  3. I just subscribed today, when will I receive the gift certificate?
    You'll receive Our Little Earth's gift certificate by email within two business days of you purchasing the gift subscription. You can print or  just email the gift certificate to your friend(s).
  4. Can I put a personalized greeting on the gift certificate?
    You certainly can! Just enter your personal greeting in "Your Message" text box. Please limit to 10 words.
  5. How many people can one subscription be gifted to?
    Each of Our Little Earth's gift subscriptions is for one parent and one child OR just one parent.
  6. I received a gift of Our Little Earth,  but I haven’t received any editions, and the subscription start date has gone by. What could the problem be?
