Flight around the world

Lachlan Smart is indeed a smart teenager. The 18-year old Australian set a world record on August 26 to become the youngest person ever to fly alone around the world in a single engine aircraft. He flew about 24,000 nautical miles (45,000km) in 54 days stopping in 24 locations. The previous record was held by a 19-year old. Here is a video showing Smart’s final landing in the Sunshine Coast, Australia.
