Backwards Day

Hope you did something backwards on January 31, the annual “Backwards Day”.  People do all sorts of things backwards – walk, talk, run, read, write backward, wear clothes inside out, and many other backward things. Here is a video of Aaron Yoder (USA)  who set a world record on January 31 for the fastest one mile run backwards in 5 min 54.25 sec. The previous record was  6 min 2.35 sec.

Did you know?

Leonardo da Vinci sometimes used “mirror writing.” He would write from the right to the left, with the individual letters reversed. Here is a website where you can write like he did.
