For those who haven’t seen the movie, Back to the Future II is a 1989 American science-fiction film about a boy, Marty McFly, who time travels to a future date with his inventor friend, Emmett “Doc” Brown. They go to 2015 to help Marty’s future children. Back to the Future II was a sequel to the film Back to the Future. Doc invents a time machine out of a sports car referred to as the DeLorean in Back to the Future. The DeLorean is used in the sequel films as well.

The transportation company Lyft offered up to 15 minute free taxi rides in New York City, USA, in a DeLorean. Back to Future II made many predictions about fancy gadgets in 2015. The role of Marty was played by the Canadian actor Michael J. Fox. Fox is also known for his role in the TV series “Family Ties”. He suffers from Parkinson’s disease, a disorder that affects movement.
