Cheese on fire

A fire raged outside a tunnel in northern Norway for 5 days, and damaged the tunnel. The fire was caused by burning cheese. Brunost, a Norwegian brown-colored caramelised cheese, was being transported in a truck when the cheese caught fire. The cheese has a high content of sugar and fat which makes the cheese burn easily and more fiercely.
